Bill 133 – FSCO Webinar on Family Law Value Application

The Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) published today the presentation slides with speaker’s notes from the webinar on the new rules relating to the valuation and division of pension assets upon the breakdown of spousal relationship (Bill 133), which took place in June 2012.

Even if the webinar was particularly addressed to plan administrators, the speaker’s notes contain information that may be useful to lawyers and their clients in better understanding the new rules.
